Delivery Policy

Partner stores sell through Ridelivo directly. They confirm your order, prepare it, and a Ridelivo courier delivers it.

Other listed stores are not Ridelivo partners. When you check out from one, you book a shopping errand: a Ridelivo shopper buys the items for you at the store and delivers them. Prices and availability are confirmed at the store, and the store may decline.

We deliver to the location you choose at checkout (typed address, map pin or your current location). Make sure the pin is right: if your GPS looks far from the delivery point we ask you to confirm before placing the order.

Partner orders show the store goods, the estimated courier delivery and applicable taxes before you pay. The goods and delivery amounts are held in your Ridelivo wallet when you place the order.

For shopping errands you set a shopping budget; the shopper pays the store price within that budget, and the delivery fare follows Ridelivo's normal trip pricing.

Some menus are priced in US dollars. You always pay in Jamaican dollars, converted at the day's rate shown on the item.

Delivery times depend on the store's preparation, distance, traffic and courier availability. Times shown are estimates, not guarantees. You can follow your order in My orders.

Stores show as Closed outside their listed opening hours, with the time they open next. Orders are taken only while a store is open.

You can cancel a partner order until the store accepts it. If the store does not accept your order, it expires and the hold on your wallet is released. Changes to an order that is already prepared or on the way may need help from support.

Check your order when it arrives. If something is missing, wrong or damaged, contact support from My orders or the Help page as soon as possible so we can review it with the store.

Approved refunds go back to your Ridelivo wallet. If you paid part of the order by card, that part can be sent back to your bank from the card refunds page.

Ridelivo Market does not deliver alcohol, tobacco or vapes, prescription or controlled medicines, firearms or other restricted goods.
